Stay Inspired • Paris

Curated cafés, bars, hotels, design stores, galleries, and cultural places to spark creativity.

Paris is a city of details — “les petits riens” that shape an atmosphere. A warm-toned café, a sculptural staircase, a linen-draped boutique, a quiet courtyard. This guide brings together the most inspiring addresses across Paris: places where creativity lives in textures, materials, lighting, and everyday beauty.

Whether you are visiting or living in Paris, use this curated list as your personal compass for aesthetic inspiration.

1. Cafés & Coffee Shops

Creative Calm & Beautiful Interiors

Ten Belles — Canal Saint-Martin

This little café by the Canal Saint-Martin is the very first Ten Belles. Since opening in 2012, it’s become a go-to spot for both locals and coffee-loving visitors. The full menu — sandwiches, salads, pastries, and hot or iced drinks — can be enjoyed inside, out on the small terrace, or taken to the edge of the canal for a relaxed break. You’ll also find a selection of homemade sourdough breads, retail bags of specialty coffee.

Why we love it?
Because you come for “just a coffee” and somehow leave with bread, pastries, and three new ideas for your dream kitchen.

Un café made with heart.

Araku Coffee — Marais

Araku’s very first organic specialty coffee shop opened in 2016, right in the heart of the Marais in Paris. And because great specialty coffee deserves a space just as beautiful, the entire shop was redesigned in 2023 by the architecture studio Delordinaire. Natural materials, lush greenery, and a red-earth counter pay homage to the meaning of “Araku” in the language of the Indian communities who cultivate the brand’s coffee.

Why we love it?
Whether you’re here for specialty brews, pastries, or accessories, baristas will be thrilled to share their love for great products — always with a smile and a joyful spirit!

Paris is more than a destination — it’s a notebook of ideas.

A textured wall in the Marais, a cup of coffee at Araku shared with a kind team, a quiet moment in the Rodin gardens… inspiration comes from everyday beauty.
