About

Create impact, carry the legacy

My approach to Visual Merchandising consists in creating a link between the product, the space, the teams, and the emotion generated in clients, while integrating commercial and strategic considerations.

Today, I would like to bring my experience to your team to support the design and implementation of retail projects that fully reflect the brand’s identity and strengthen the customer experience.

With more than ten years of experience in luxury retail, I have, as part of a team, led international projects for Houses such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Paul Smith, and as a freelancer. My role was to ensure the link between the VM strategy and its operational implementation, incorporating:

• The planning and monitoring of projects (windows, pop-ups, animations)

Cross-departmental coordination (Marketing, Communication, Purchasing, Architecture, VM)

• Production management (briefs, prototypes, validation) and supplier follow-up

• The development of VM guidelines and tools for different markets

• The supervision of in-store installations and the management of openings

• Daily use of 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, 3DS Max, V-Ray) and the Adobe Suite

I began my career on the shop floor at Louis Vuitton, where I learned to showcase collections by applying headquarters’ guidelines while adapting to boutique realities. At Paul Smith, I broadened my scope by managing the opening of five corners: designing technical plans, creating 3D visuals, coordinating with in-house architects and department stores. At Hermès, I designed VM supports for boutiques and assisted local teams in rolling out commercial animations, from brief to prototype, integrating CSR practices (reuse of elements, choice of eco-responsible materials, local production).

After an economic layoff in 2020, I completed a course at Studio des Arts Déco in interior architecture, strengthening my skills in 3D modeling and spatial storytelling. Since 2021, I have been working as a freelancer for brands and agencies such as Ici Corner, Sézane, and interior architects. These assignments have enabled me to reinforce my strong interest in the product approach and customer experience in a competitive environment.

This background has enabled me to acquire a solid ability to:

• Translate a creative brief into clear, technically viable guidelines aligned with the visual identity and commercial objectives

• Plan and coordinate projects, from design to installation, while respecting the requirements of the projects

• Manage the production of VM supports and supplier relations

• Train and support field teams to ensure a coherent and effective rollout

Committed to a collaborative and educational approach, I ensure that local teams fully take ownership of the visual standards in order to guarantee their application. I aim to create precise tools while remaining attentive to feedback from the field and management to adjust and optimize projects.

I an looking for a position that requires rigor, adaptability, and the ability to link the global vision with operational reality: it is exactly the type of role in which I wish to settle in for the long term.

My objective is to contribute, alongside the teams, to the design and rollout of retail projects that strengthen visual impact, optimize the customer experience, and contribute to the influence of your brand in a competitive market, while enriching my skills in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.

I remain at your disposal to discuss my application and the way in which I could support your projects.

Kind regards,
